Professional Bio Current position: Senior Vice President at The IGB Group, a full-service investor relations and financial communications firm Financial communications strategist with 13 years of experience across corporate communication disciplines, including investor relations, media relations, crisis communications, transaction communications, digital strategies, thought leadership and research Track record of building and managing corporate communications, investor relations and research-based consulting practices at two international public relations firms. Extensive management experience, including P&L responsibilities Global perspective based on advisory experience with senior corporate management teams from more than 20 countries and a broad range of industries Broad advisory experience across key financial sectors, including hedge funds and private equity firms, commercial, consumer and investment banks, specialty finance companies and industry associations Extensive knowledge of global financial community and a demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with portfolio managers and analysts Extensive experience in managing IR and PR programs in compliance with SEC rules, including 10b (5), Reg FD and Sarbanes-Oxley.
